2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When visiting the website, connection data (IP address, date, time, page accessed) is automatically processed. This is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Data is processed on servers within the EU.

3. Contact Form

When you use the contact form, the following data is processed: first name, last name, email address, wedding date (optional), wedding location (optional), message, and how you found us (optional).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) and your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. Messages are transmitted by email via the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA), which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period: Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. YouTube Videos

This website embeds videos from YouTube, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Videos are only loaded after you actively click the play button (click-to-play). The privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) is used, so YouTube does not set cookies without a click. After clicking, connection data is transmitted to YouTube. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by clicking).

5. Cookies & Web Analytics

This website only uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. for language management). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

For anonymised analysis of user behaviour, this website uses Umami Analytics (Umami Software Inc.). Umami does not set cookies and does not collect any personal data. Only anonymised access data (pages visited, country of origin, device category) is recorded, which cannot be traced back to individual persons. Data is processed on servers within the EU. You can reject web analytics via the cookie banner or change your settings via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
