Wedding Videographer Kitzbühel
Wedding Videographer Kitzbühel – Your wedding film between luxury and alpine beauty
“Kitzbühel blends alpine charm with international flair like few other places in the Alps. Your wedding here deserves a film that captures exactly that. Personal, cinematic, and honest.”
Wedding films in Kitzbühel: where alpine glamour meets real moments
Kitzbühel is unlike anywhere else in Tyrol. The town has an elegance you would normally associate with St. Moritz or Gstaad, combined with a Tyrolean groundedness that holds everything together. This mix is exactly what makes weddings here so special. Whether you celebrate at one of the exclusive hotels, at an alpine hut above the town, or in a historic castle: Kitzbühel provides a backdrop that is hard to match on film.
As a wedding videographer based in Tyrol, I have known the area around Kitzbühel for years. The Gamsstadt, Kirchberg, Jochberg, Aurach. Each of these places has its own character, and that is exactly what I use for your wedding film. Morning getting ready at a luxury hotel with views of the Hahnenkamm, afternoon ceremony on a mountain meadow, evening celebration at one of the legendary inns. Within just a few kilometres, the atmosphere changes completely.
The light around Kitzbühel has fascinated me from the start. In summer, the evening sun falls over the Kitzbühel Alps and bathes the meadows in a warm, golden glow that is perfect for couple shots. In winter, the snow creates its own atmosphere: soft, reflected light, crisp mountain air, and a stillness you can feel in the film. Kitzbühel works as a wedding destination all year round.
Many couples who marry in Kitzbühel come from elsewhere, from Vienna, Munich, Switzerland, or further afield. For international destination weddings, I serve not only as a videographer but also as a local contact. I know the venues personally, can recommend photographers, florists, and wedding planners, and help with day-of timeline planning from a film production perspective.
My approach is both documentary and cinematic. I work with professional equipment, a drone, and an instinct for the moments that truly matter. No staged re-enactments, no playing director. I stay in the background and capture what happens. The result is not a polished corporate film but an honest wedding film that feels like your story.
Kitzbühel attracts couples who value quality, in the venue, the food, the details. I share that standard. Every film I deliver gets the time and care it deserves. From planning through the shoot day to the final edit, I work on your project personally. No subcontractors, no assembly line.
Since I am based in Innsbruck, I can reach Kitzbühel in just over an hour. Short distances, no high travel costs, and still the flexibility to be on site the evening before for a rehearsal dinner or the morning after for an after-wedding shoot.

Kitzbühel is a sought-after wedding destination, especially during peak season from June to September. I recommend inquiring at least 9 to 12 months ahead. For winter weddings or weekday dates, shorter notice is possible.
Absolutely. Kitzbühel in winter has its own special magic: snow-covered lanes, warm light in the hotels, the mountains draped in white. I have experience with winter shoots and know how to use cold and snow cinematically rather than letting them be a limitation.
Depending on the package, I accompany you for 6 to 12 hours, from getting ready to the party. I work unobtrusively and in a documentary style. Before the wedding, we meet for a personal consultation so I'm a familiar face on the day.
